We are looking for a Store Manager who can represent The UPS Store with world-class customer service!

This is a full-time position managing daily center operations. As the manager, you will be expected to help customers with all of their shipping needs while effectively balancing back office admin work. Applicants should be comfortable in a customer-facing service role and be able to communicate effectively with customers, UPS customer service representatives over the phone, and other Store Associates to delegate tasks.

***Previous UPS Store experience is not required, but certainly a plus! Training will be lead by the current Store Manager and Store Owner.***

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for the entire work day.
  • Must be comfortable looking at a computer screen for multiple hours a day.

  • Customer Service Experience Highly Encouraged
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving
  • Previous Leadership Role or Shift Lead experience Highly Encouraged
