We are currently seeking a Personal Care Resident Assistant – Level 1 to join our dedicated team serving residents in our Assisted Living/Personal Care community. As a Personal Care Resident Assistant , you'll help ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful, and personalized care while working alongside a compassionate team. Schedule 16 hours/week Evening Shift Differential: $1.00/hour; Weekend Differential: $1.25/hour What You’ll Do as a Personal Care Resident Assistant Deliver personal care in accordance with the Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP) and under supervision of the Charge Nurse or Charge Med Tech. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, ambulation, and hygiene needs. Monitor and accurately document vital signs, intake/output, and overall resident condition. Support daily resident life, including laundry, tidying rooms, and participating in activity engagement. Assist in dining services—serving meals and supporting meal choices. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the environment while following all Fairmount and regulatory guidelines. Report changes in resident condition and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred Genuine compassion for the elderly and a desire to serve Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure Physical Requirements This position involves frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and assisting with resident transfers. Must be able to respond to emergency situations and remain composed and professional at all times.
