Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative, located in Atlanta, GA. The representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, provide information about the creditor who is looking to settle an outstanding account that is delinquent, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns, logging interactions in the system, and maintaining a professional demeanor while meeting service standards.
