How to manage day-to-day operations in a startup. How to refine your soft skills through coaching from us. Responsibilities Website Management Manage website strategy and updates via WordPress. Format, upload, and update website content (photos, videos, promotions) to increase website traffic. Update the website with blog posts, newsletters, and written content. Oversee the 1:1 coaching platform, making updates and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure the website is user-friendly with clear, functional navigation. Manage third-party assets (e.g., fonts, themes, photos, plug-ins), and additional costs if applicable. Audience Engagement Propose strategies to boost website traffic and social media visibility. Recommend ways to increase audience engagement and customer conversion. Miscellaneous Respond to emails, Slack, and other communication within 24 hours of receiving the information. Other duties as assigned.
