Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the work of field personnel, subcontractors, equipment operators, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and Company standards. Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and identify potential issues or challenges; develop and implement solutions and communicate matters requiring management involvement in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication and coordination with management, clients, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and resolution of field-related issues. Ensure all required project documentation, reports, production records, timekeeping records, and other field-generated information are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Promote and enforce a culture of safety by conducting and participating in safety meetings, training employees on safe work practices, equipment operation, construction methods, and Company policies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and Company requirements. Foster a positive and productive team environment, maintain regular and reliable attendance, perform all duties in a professional and workmanlike manner, and carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management. Physical Demands: Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to work in confined/enclosed spaces for moderate periods of time. Able to climb ladders and stairs throughout day to inspect work at a height of over 6 feet. Able to work more than 40 hours per week when required. Vision to read printed materials. Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over a radio or telephone. Able to work outside in all weather. What We Are Seeking: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills including MS-Excel, Word, Office and Project. Ability to prioritize, exercise sound independent judgment, and communicate with co-workers. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise sound independent judgment. Strong knowledge of construction methods and construction safety laws. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred Associate's degree in construction science/construction management, or equivalent of work experience.
