Job Overview Join us as a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator at Select Driving School, contributing to new student onboarding, training, and the supervision of the Mentor Fleet. This role provides an in‑depth view of the onboarding process and collaborates across Recruiting, Driver Development, Operations, Safety, Payroll, Risk Management, and Assets to deliver a steady stream of newly qualified drivers to PAM Transport.
