Now Hiring: Foundry Production Team Associate – Minster, Ohio C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations. In this role, you’ll receive hands‑on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.
