As a Hospice Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Mount Carmel Hospice, you'll use advanced technology, strong clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional one-on-one care. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited or state-approved practical nursing program
Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience (home care experience preferred)
Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
Successful completion of the NAPNES medication exam or equivalent prior to medication administration
