To support a growing legal practice, the remote contract Immigration Paralegal will manage document collection, draft application materials, and facilitate client communication throughout the immigration case lifecycle. Key responsibilities Lead clients through the document collection process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Prepare USCIS forms and draft persuasive narratives for various visa applications Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and addressing inquiries Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in U.S. business immigration, particularly with Exceptional Ability visas (EB1-A, EB2-NIW, and O-1) Proven ability to manage paralegal workflows from client intake to filing Experience in high-volume client communication settings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Familiarity with legal technology and a willingness to embrace innovative work practices
