FrogHire.ai is a fast-growing and AI-driven career development tool helping job seekers navigate the job market with speed, clarity, and confidence. Our flagship product, FrogHire.ai, combines automation, real-time and historical data, and intelligent insights to simplify and accelerate the job search. To ensure its continual improvement, we are looking to hire a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually iterate and improve the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive and consistent design language across the platform.

Requirements:

• Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
