Ability to evaluate emerging technology and review options to optimize information processing. Ability to recommend new systems and oversee their implementation. Ability to train users to utilize software, hardware, and systems and provide updates on system enhancements. Ability to analyze the needs of users and incorporate feedback from tests to modify applications.Able to solve challenging IT problems using the latest technology, mentor other team members. Collaborate with a community of leaders and peers ready to mentor, coach and encourage you to be your best. Should carry good communication skills and good Presentation skills.Ability to analyze business requirements / processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions. Should be able to ideate on innovation for research that can help transform businesses. Should have open communication standards, collaborative and team playerMust have strong interest in keeping oneself acquainted with latest technology trends and practices. Should also be able to gather requirements, apply solution approaches and communicate with the other team members.


Required Experience

Preferred education: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
