Job Description

Your role as a Clinic Director will be central to our mission of reshaping the landscape of Mental Health. You will apply your expertise and experience to the operation of a community-rooted outpatient clinic; leading a culture that creates an environment of psychological safety that prioritizes growth, support, and clinical excellence. As a visionary leader, you will have the unique opportunity to guide and develop a team of master's trained and licensed Therapists along with psychiatric providers and an administrative team who are all collaboratively working towards the shared goal of delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front office staff, and interventional personnel. 
  • Lead clinic decision-making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. 
  • Manage clinic productivity and performance using data-driven strategies. 
  • Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 
  • Support front office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding. 
  • Collaborate to improve work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews. 
  • Manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable. 
  • Coordinate day-to-day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management. 

Qualifications: 

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. 
  • An independent clinical license, if applicable. 
  • Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision. 
  • Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical records, medical terminology, and pharmacology. 
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
