Provide high-quality, consistent American English voice recordings to train and evaluate next-generation text-to-speech models used for customer experience agents. This role focuses on delivering natural, expressive performances across varied scripts while following precise recording specifications.

• Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, tone, pacing, and pronunciation across sessions
• Follow detailed technical and performance guidelines for recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
• Perform multiple takes and supply variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested

• Native American English speaker currently based in the United States
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
• Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while sounding natural
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
• Reliable availability for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week for the duration of the project

• Prior experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
• Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm

• Location: Remote, must be based in the United States
