About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the brand's marketing efforts across various channels, including brand, performance, e-commerce, social, influencer, and lifecycle marketing. This pivotal role involves scaling customer acquisition, enhancing the brand's emotional connection with its community, and ensuring that marketing initiatives drive both brand equity and profitable growth. The VP of Growth Marketing will be responsible for owning the overall growth strategy, maintaining efficiency metrics, and identifying new growth channels. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on brand leadership, performance marketing, data analysis, and team management.
