Hospitality Valet Parking Attendant (Hotel Valet)

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Parking Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service at hotels, restaurants, and event locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and earning tips while creating a positive guest experience.

As a valet, you are the first and last impression greeting guests, safely parking vehicles, and providing professional, friendly service.

Guest Service

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Assist with directions, luggage, and guest needs

Safety & Vehicle Handling

• Perform vehicle inspections and document existing damage
• Follow all safety procedures and key handling protocols
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and traffic flow

Operations

• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and professional
• Accurately track hours and report tips
• Support team members and assist with daily operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to drive manual vehicles is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• $13.00 $20.00+ per hour (base + tips)
• Tips based on service level and guest volume
• Overtime paid in accordance with federal and state laws
