What You'll Do - Prepare guest rooms for a restful stay by performing evening turndown service, tidying spaces, refreshing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
- Remove used linens, towels, trash, and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's sustainability and green initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment while respecting guest privacy and personal belongings
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met
- Assist with Room Attendant and other housekeeping duties as needed to support daily operations
- Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests, delivering friendly and efficient service
- Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete assignments effectively
Qualifications - Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on guest service and quality standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting (20 lbs.), and climbing stairs
- Demonstrated professionalism, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
