In the Salon, You Will: As a
hairstylist student , you will be an integral part of the salon flow:
- Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
- Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
- Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
- Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
- Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
What You Bring to the Chair: - Current Enrollment: You are a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
