This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, building lasting client relationships, and turning ambitious goals into measurable results. You’ll oversee the daily operation of the spa while creating a positive, high-performing environment for our team of wellness professionals. What You’ll Own Membership growth: Coach the front-desk team to confidently educate clients about our Lifestyle Membership Program and convert exceptional visits into lasting relationships. Revenue performance: Increase revenue through effective scheduling, local marketing, service upgrades, retail sales, and strong team execution. Team development: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain talented spa professionals who are passionate about wellness and client care. Spa operations: Maintain smooth daily operations, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure the spa consistently meets brand and service standards. Client experience: Build a welcoming environment where every client feels valued, cared for, and excited to return.
