Schedule: Hybrid | 2 days in office, 3 days remote | Monday–Friday (some evening hours required) A leading community-based healthcare organization is seeking Mental Health Clinicians to join its integrated behavioral health team. This hybrid opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home three days per week while making a meaningful impact on individuals and families across the lifespan. Position Overview As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families within an integrated primary care setting. Working alongside physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, you'll deliver evidence-based mental health care while helping improve access to quality behavioral health services throughout the community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral health consultations. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings. Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on behavioral health concerns. Identify child welfare concerns and follow appropriate reporting guidelines. Supervise social work interns, when applicable. Qualifications New York State licensure as one of the following: LMSW LCSW LMHC LMFT Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and psychotherapy skills. Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, HIV/AIDS, and serious mental illness.
