Job description:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from concept through implementation across digital platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs grounded in research insights.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries within Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis, usability testing, and design validation (A/B testing, heuristics).
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex systems and delivering detailed design documentation.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience in financial services or education technology is a plus.
