Luxury Skincare Sales Associate – High Energy | Uncapped Commission

Are you confident, outgoing, and driven by earning potential? If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren’t afraid to approach customers, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for energetic sales professionals to represent a luxury skincare brand through live product demonstrations and personalized skincare experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Actively engage shoppers and invite them to experience our luxury skincare products.
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations and mini facial treatments (full training provided).
• Build rapport quickly and confidently close sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high sales performance.
• Work in a dynamic, team-oriented retail environment.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in face-to-face sales (commission sales experience is highly preferred).
• Is confident approaching and engaging strangers.
• Has excellent communication and people skills.
• Is self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Can stand and actively engage customers throughout the shift.
• Is reliable, professional, and eager to grow.
