Brief Description The Roustabout position is an intermediate level position that is labor-intensive and is primarily responsible for supporting oilfield operations. The incumbent operates both hand and power tools. Job tasks and assignments may vary daily. All work is performed to industry safety standards, and company and client HSE policies and procedures. Compensation Per Diem: $35 - $70 per day ($210 - $420 per week) Schedule 4 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF. 60 hours per week (opportunity for more). 36 weeks ON and 17 weeks OFF (22% MORE TIME OFF!). The incumbent is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Travel to the field required daily. The incumbent must repeatedly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity must be adequate to perform all required tasks in a safe manner. The noise level in the work environment may be loud and may require the use of hearing protection. Work is usually done outdoors and the incumbent must be able to work in an environment typical for the region. The incumbent is usually exposed to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, and equipment. The employee will be required to work and stay on site during the work rotation and must comply with all Company and Client policies including but not limited to attendance, safety.
