Position Overview As a Recruiter at Zephyrus Engineering Limited, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the most qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Your role will also include supporting the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate successfully into our company culture. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards. Onboarding Support Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Facilitate the transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success from day one. Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial integration period, addressing any questions or concerns. Employer Branding Promote Zephyrus Engineering Limited as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to strengthen our talent pool. Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events. Recruitment Process Improvement Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques. Implement strategies to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or technology sectors. Skills and Competencies Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously. Relationship Building: Skilled at building lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Technical Acumen: Understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology is a plus. Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions. Technology Proficiency Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
