HireLevel is looking for a Recruiter & a Full-Desk Recruiter (Sales/Account Management) to add to our team at our Downtown St. Louis, MO location. This is an in office position. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent, ensuring that our client’s requirements are met with precision. Regularly updating candidate profiles and maintaining an organized database will be essential, as will providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. You will participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a consistent work-life balance while contributing to a customer-centric environment that values integrity and collaboration.
