Location: Bessemer, AL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM 3:30 PM, Mon Fri

• 6+ months of related experience
• Ability to stand for the majority of each shift and lift 75 pounds
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proper coating and finish quality
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support production

Responsibilities

• Perform light sanding and grinding on welded areas and cut edges
• Hang items on powder-coated racks and remove debris as needed
• Steam clean and rinse parts, then bake off moisture using an industrial powder coat oven
• Apply powder coating using a handheld powder paint gun
• Load and bake painted parts in an industrial powder coat oven
• Clean powder coat gun and booth during each color change
• Move parts in and out of designated work areas
• Assist with additional production or shop tasks as needed
