We are seeking a skilled industrial powder coat painter to join our team for both 1st and 3rd shifts. This role involves hand painting parts in a spray booth for 6 hours per shift. The parts will be pre-loaded onto racks, which the painter will pull into the booth for painting. Painters will wear a specially designed paint suit with an air-conditioned helmet equipped with a light. Eventually, painters will be fitted for a respirator to ensure safety and comfort, although painting masks are typically sufficient.

The work environment includes a modern spray booth equipped with advanced technology to ensure safety and efficiency. The role offers two shift options: 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday. Painters are required to wear a paint suit with an air-conditioned helmet to ensure comfort during their shift.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
