Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay Rate: $18.89 $22.69 per hour

Shift: 6 am 2:30 pm (Mon Fri)

When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead. These are the qualifications that matter:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or coating experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and coating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
• Able to stand, reach, and work with equipment throughout a shift

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up parts for powder coating according to work orders and specifications
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment with attention to fine detail
• Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and adherence to specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure proper coating application
• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area
• Participate in on-the-job training and shadowing to learn company processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines
