Theresa W., Donor Collections Coordinator Responsibilities After completing our paid training program, guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process, including screening and drawing their blood while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Work at our donor center or at blood drives; no two days are the same, with your work always directly impacting people’s lives in our community. Follow the interview process to review specific job duties. Pay and hours: Competitive pay Full-time position, 40 hours/week Mobile blood drive position with hours between 5:00 am and 7/8:00 pm with rotating weekends Qualifications and Skills This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required. EMT, Paramedic, LPN, CNA, or MA experience is a plus. Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment; no day is exactly the same. Must be teachable, reliable, and precise. Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations. Complete requirements for this position will be reviewed during the interview process.
