Job Overview Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, is seeking a Phlebotomist to work at the Lakewood Patient Service Center (11750 W. 2nd Place, Suite #210, Lakewood, CO 80228). Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm, with rotational Saturdays. Role may require travel to additional sites. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program, or ≥3 months experience as a Phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must be from an accredited agency if no work experience. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Proven track record providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team; comfortable with minimal supervision. Employees scheduled Staff on a 7 on/7 off schedule: all benefits except PTO/FTO. Incentives Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Phlebotomists may be eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
