Scratch Restaurants Group is looking for a Pastry Prep Cook to prepare large quantities of delightful delectables to support the Pasta | Bar and Sushi by Scratch Restaurants nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience with making large quantities of desserts, attention to detail and efficiency for our Michelin caliber restaurants.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Pastry Prep Cook is responsible for maintaining quality of products prepared, positive guest interactions and proper cash handling of sales, sanitation standards, inventory, and opening or closing duties of the restaurant. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates at the highest levels of customer service, operations, and sanitation standards and to maintain a positive and friendly working environment for guests and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a part time schedule 3 days a week 6am - 2:30 pm Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred and not required
Benefits: Sick time, paid time off, medical benefits are applicable to those working 30 hours or more each week. Dining discounts etc ! Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
