About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Industrial / Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and appearance. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens
• Mix, match, and apply coatings according to specifications
• Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience required
• Strong understanding of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processes
• Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
