Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Report Writer

Position: Contract

Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Report Writer to join our project.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating complex reports within Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly focusing on data validation.
• You will collaborate with our internal team, who are gradually gaining proficiency with simpler reports, to tackle more advanced and nuanced report-writing tasks.
• We need someone who can quickly adapt to our environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write complex Oracle HCM Cloud reports, with a focus on data validation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports.
• Assist the internal team in improving their Oracle HCM Cloud report writing skills by sharing best practices and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud report writing, especially with complex reports.
• Great understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures and reporting tools.
• Understanding of budgeting, payroll, and finance.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal team members.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address reporting issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data validation and ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
• Familiarity with best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud report development.
• Experience training or mentoring others in report writing is a plus.
