What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a 34-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 25
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists to develop treatment plans
• Manage high-risk and critically ill newborns including preemies and ill infants
• Support transports from regional hospitals, staffed by neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
• Deliver family-centered care and educate families during critical neonatal phases
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards
• Participate in shift handovers, documentation, and multidisciplinary team meetings

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (No FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
• 2+ years of NNP experience
• Active Florida NNP license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced neonatal environment

Preferred:

• Experience in Level-III NICU settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with pediatric specialty consults (cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, orthopedics)
