What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert neonatal care within a 72-bed Level III NICU
  • Manage complex cases, including ELBW infants, with advanced interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide
  • Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and support staff
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
  • Contribute to health outcomes for critically ill neonates in a high-acuity environment

What You Need

  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (VMS Certification required)
  • Current Nevada Nursing License
  • Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and advanced interventions
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Required:

  • Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Nevada state RN license

Preferred:

  • Prior NICU experience within a Level III setting
