What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals in Jacksonville
• Attend deliveries without transport responsibilities
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and backup on-call support
• Support high standards of neonatal care aligned with Pediatrix’s mission
• Participate in a collegial, team-oriented environment designed for professional growth

What You Need

Required:

• Active Florida Nursing License and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal care experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Level II NICU settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
