We are creating accelerated-growth Development programs for Engineering undergraduates who are looking to develop a long-term career plan. Our Development program is tailored for Mining, Mechanical & Metallurgical engineers who will be able to choose between two career paths: Operational Leadership and Technical Leadership. About the role Rotational program to gain diverse experience in Supervision, Technical, and Maintenance activities on site. Maintenance rotation - Will gain experience to supervise maintenance crews at the Pit, Concentrator, and SXEW facilities. Planner rotation - Will gain experience to execute Maintenance planning activities at the Pit, Concentrator, and SXEW facilities. Technical rotation - Will gain experience to lead their own engineering/construction project. Utilization of CAD Software. Collaboration with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources. Other duties as assigned.
