Maintain organized tracking of activities and requisitions. Qualifications: At least 2+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience (contract or perm). Experience onsite at a large manufacturing plant or facility is a bonus. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and skilled trades professionals. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously. Clear communication without corporate jargon. Experience with job fairs and campus recruiting is preferred.
