Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a
Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help strengthen our in-house team and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for dependable nurses who value teamwork, strong resident care, and a stable work environment.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and supportive leadership .
