Job Description

• Prepare and file immigration-related petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
• Conduct research on immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation for hearings or interviews.
• Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Immigration Paralegal should have:

• A strong understanding of immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements.
• MUST come from a law firm
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
