What You'll Work On:
Create and manage storyline injects and adjust the Master Scenario Event List (MESL) as needed to ensure realism and alignment with the hybrid threat environment and training objectives.
Maintain a strong understanding of Army and Joint doctrine, operational design, and current hybrid threat trends to ensure exercise content accurately reflects real-world dynamics.
Write the hybrid threat portion of the Higher Command (HICOM) Operations Order (OPORD) or Operations Plan (OPLAN), specifically contributing to the intelligence annex and other relevant annexes.
Develop threat network histories and organizational structures for training audiences to analyze and exploit during Wide Area Security and counter-threat network operations.
Design hybrid threat scenarios based on current real-world adversaries or theaters of operation relevant to the training audience's potential deployment area.
Actively participate in planning events, intelligence scripting working groups, and Exercise Working Group (EWG) sessions to represent the hybrid threat perspective.
Produce and provide hybrid threat content for integration into the client's information products, including Intelligence Summaries (INTSUMs), Significant Activities (SIGACTs), biographies and threat leader profiles, host-nation released intelligence reports, and backstory and supporting intelligence documentation.
Collaborate with the S-2, S-35, and Observer-Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) to ensure hybrid threat actions, narratives, and injects are synchronized with the overall scenario design and training objectives.
Adjust or generate real-time injects and reports during WFX execution to maintain scenario realism and respond to training audience actions.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in intelligence, operations, or threat network analysis in HUMINT, all-source intelligence, or counterintelligence
5+ years of experience as an NCO, Senior NCO, Chief Warrant, or Commissioned Officer
Knowledge of hybrid warfare, threat network development, irregular warfare, and counterinsurgency operations
Knowledge of current Army or Joint doctrine
Ability to produce doctrinally accurate intelligence products
Ability to use MS Office suite
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time CONUS and OCONUS
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing or managing MESLs, scenario scripting, or intelligence injects for large-scale exercises
Knowledge of Army and Joint planning processes, including MDMP and JOPP and multidomain operations concepts
Possession of excellent writing and communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
