Description POSITION SUMMARY The HR Onboarding Specialist owns the new hire experience — ensuring every New Hire steps into their first day fully prepared, compliant, and set up for success. This role is the bridge between hire and first day, delivering a seamless, welcoming onboarding journey that reflects the best of who we are. See How We're Raising the Bar ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll lead and own as an - HR Onboarding Specialist - Coordinate and host New Hire Orientations, creating a warm, professional first impression for every incomingEmployee Serve as the primary point of contact forNewHires throughout the onboarding process, answering questions and removing barriers to a strongandon-timestart Drive forwardNewHireonboarding tasks, background check authorizations, and pre-employment requirements with speed and accuracy Physically verify identification documents and complete I-9 forms for all new hires in full compliance with federal requirements Ensureonly fully background-checked and trainedEmployees are cleared for activework MaintainaccurateNewHire records,Employeedemographicdata, and onboarding tracking reports and metrics, creating recommendations for efficiency gains and processimprovements.
