About the Role
The Company is in search of a Permanent Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market presence. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for leading a team, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring that the brand's message is consistent across all channels. A key aspect of the position is the analysis of market trends and competitors to strengthen the company's unique selling propositions and drive customer acquisition and retention. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record in the relevant areas. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, the ability to forecast trends, and a passion for driving brand growth. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, and an MBA is a plus.
