About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Accounts to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of high-value clients, guiding the agency's account organization, and managing the overall health, financial performance, and strategic direction of several enterprise-level accounts. This role is pivotal in driving new-client acquisition and expansion opportunities, and the Head of Accounts will be expected to partner directly with the Executive team to elevate client satisfaction, forecast revenue, and strengthen the agency's ability to scale. The ideal candidate will have a background in creative or digital agency environments, with a focus on storytelling, strategic decision-making, high-level selling, and building deep client relationships. Applicants for the Head of Accounts position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience overseeing enterprise-level clients within a creative or digital agency, with a strong preference for those with a background in this sector. The role requires a proven track record in running multiple high-value accounts, driving account growth, and securing new business. The candidate must possess exceptional selling and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and experience in managing large budgets and profitability metrics. Nice-to-have skills include experience in agency scaling or restructuring, exposure to crisis management, and familiarity with emerging digital channels or performance marketing tools.
