Generate new clients as per the existing Terms of Association using Digital Tools like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. Be involved in end-to-end Sales process for Resume Writing Services provided by the company; right from sending mailers, calling, making proposals, closing orders and handholding. Be involved in BD of other products as offered in the L&D Section. Desired Requirement Proven knowledge and experience of working as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter in an organisation. Good Communication Skills. Knowledge of MIS. The ideal candidate would be a professional on a sabbatical and looking to kick-start their career with a decent work-life balance. Salary On Sharing Basis; the Associate would be paid on sharing basis for all closures made by them.
