Position Overview

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key clinical resource, collaborating with our sales team and training healthcare professionals on the usage of Fujifilm's endoscopy equipment. Your primary focus will be on delivering on-site, hands-on support to various healthcare staff, including physicians and technicians, ensuring the highest standards of equipment handling and patient safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing training and education on Fujifilm equipment and services to regional customers.
• Deliver face-to-face client support post-sale, managing all responsibilities outlined in service agreements.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and report repair transactions while providing overall technology support.
• Perform case observations and training to enhance staff proficiency with Fujifilm technologies.
• Manage daily maintenance of client equipment while identifying process improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for understanding repair history and conducting root cause analysis to minimize future issues.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports on installation and usage metrics to management.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and FDA medical device regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in GI or pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot Fujifilm equipment and identify root causes of issues.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and guide customers for optimal workflow.
• Capable of analyzing data to provide insightful recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage customer requirements.
• Ability to present information to small groups.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to utilize hands and fingers effectively.
• Capability to stand, talk, and hear.
• Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
• Close vision required for detailed tasks.

Travel Requirement:

• Travel expected approximately 50% of the time across the designated region.

Salary and Benefits:

• $59,000 base salary with an additional $8,000 KPI and a company car.
