This role is essential to delivering impactful, modern, and accurate training that supports employee development, organizational culture, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position will report on-site to our state-of-the art headquarters in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This position reports to the Director, ED&A. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs and ED&A-related training across multiple formats and media platforms Conduct thorough research to ensure training content reflects current HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Regularly update and enhance training materials to reflect changes in company policies, employment laws, and organizational needs Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and new-hire orientation to create a positive and consistent employee experience Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all learning materials through structured quality assurance reviews Partner with HR, department leaders, and SMEs to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, corporate training, or organizational development (preferred) Experience in digital learning content creation tools (e.g., LMS platforms, authoring tools) 1–3 years of experience developing training or curriculum materials (preferred) Experience facilitating live training sessions or leading onboarding programs (preferred) Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to work and build rapport at all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected level. High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate training content Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment, with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones. Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalism. Position requires in-person office attendance.
