Job Overview: Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a responsible individual to serve as a Corporate Card Coordinator. This role will serve as the coordinator of our card program as well as perform a variety of administrative and supporting functions in the SAP Concur Travel and Expense system. Duties of the Corporate Card Coordinator are processing all company card requests as well as providing support to the Program manager, SAP Concur Travel & Expense users and corporate cardholders.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Assist with all corporate card requests, inquiries and maintenance.
- Assist with creations and terminations in SAP Concur and the corporate card program.
- Assist with monitoring the team mailboxes and responding to user inquiries timely.
- Assist users in Concur with their online bookings and expense reports as needed.
- Assist with running monthly program related reports, and credit card reports as needed.
- Assisting the Program Manager with additional Concur travel-related tasks.
Basic Qualifications: - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer support and people skills.
- Good ability to prioritize work.
- Good problem-solving skills.
