Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in all areas of the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.

Facility Upkeep:

• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, such as spills.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Safety Compliance:

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
