About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chiropractor who wants the freedom to grow their own patient base without the burden of running a solo practice. If you have ever wanted the autonomy and upside of building your own book of business, but without being weighed down by administrative responsibilities, this role offers that balance.

You will provide chiropractic care in an outpatient wellness setting with a typical daily volume of around 20 patients, while top performers in the practice are seeing 40-50 patients per day. There is real room for growth here for someone motivated to build relationships, expand their caseload, and become a trusted presence in the community.

A major advantage of this role is the collaborative care model. Providers work alongside one another, and patients are well covered across the team. That means you are not operating in isolation the way many independent Chiropractors do in private practice. You can focus on what matters most: delivering excellent care, documenting thoroughly, and building patient loyalty through strong outcomes and trusted relationships.

The clinic also offers a broader range of services on-site, creating a more comprehensive patient experience and opening the door for collaborative treatment planning. In addition to chiropractic care, services may include shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, massage, and regenerative medicine. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic care in an outpatient wellness clinic setting
• Manage an average daily patient volume of approximately 20 patients
• Build and grow an active patient caseload through quality care and networking
• Use dedicated schedule time for community outreach and relationship development
• Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care focused on outcomes and service
• Educate patients on treatment plans, progress, and wellness recommendations
• Complete clinical notes accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other providers to support continuity of care and a strong patient experience
• Help maintain smooth patient coverage across the provider team
• Represent the practice professionally in networking and community-facing settings
• Support a clinic culture centered on respect, teamwork, and high-quality patient care
• Contribute to practice growth through both clinical excellence and community presence

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Active or eligible chiropractic license in Arizona
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well in a team setting
• Strong clinical documentation habits
• Comfort with networking, outreach, and community engagement
• Motivated, professional, and growth-oriented mindset
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in an outpatient or wellness-focused clinic
• Background growing a patient panel or caseload
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-provider environment
• Interest in multidisciplinary care models
• Exposure to or interest in complementary services such as shockwave, spinal decompression, massage, or regenerative medicine
