Assistant Football Coach

2026-2027 school year

Qualifications:

  1. Current coaching endorsement or authorization
  2. Support the head coach in implementing the program vision focused on athlete development, safety, and respect.
  3. Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies.
  4. Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and staff while reinforcing the direction of the program.
  5. Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being.
  6. Contribute to a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation.
  7. Assist in planning and running purposeful practices and preparing athletes for competition.
  8. Engage in ongoing professional growth and support the long-term success of the program.

Duties: As normally assigned to the position

Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule
